The claim is false. According to experts, vaccines react differently in people's bodies that's why some people get side effects and others don't.

According to the public, every after vaccination, one has to get side effects after being vaccinated to prove the effectiveness of the drug.

However, Dr. Anet Kisakye the World Health immunization spokesperson person, it is true there are side effects which range from general muscle  pain, headache or fever that only last for 24-48hrs. But this does not prove the effectiveness of the vaccine and people say.

She said this while speaking at the Ministry of Health media briefing on myths and misinformation about COVID19 at hotel Africana

Experts also say that if one doesn’t get the side effects , it doesn’t mean that the vaccine is fake. This is because vaccines react differently in our bodies.

According to a report  by TimesofIndia.com, nearly 73% of  people enrolled in various COVID19 vaccine clinical trials did not experience a side effect  but still had good anti-bodies in response to the vaccine.

Furthermore that the way one feels isn’t a true litmus test to check for immunization. So, it doesn’t mean the vaccine is not working for one.
