Claim that some Ugandans have opened up bar close to the border of DRC.

Partially Correct
Maracha Resident District Commissioner has warned Ugandans across the border.

The President of Uganda Museveni had closed the borders in March 2020. This was done to control the spread of COVID-19 in Uganda.

Gradually the country started to open up again after the increased number of vaccinated people. Only schools and bars are still closed which has  put a strain on those businesses.

Some Ugandans have decided to cross borders and open up bars in Democratic Republic of Congo and South Sudan to earn a living. This is also because there are no restrictions on bars in these countries.

There could be a possible tension between these countries and Uganda in later terms.
